Sir Adam is a long-time supporter of the Europaeum, having delivered the published Europaeum Lecture on International Law and the Use of Military Force : The United Nations, the United States and Iraq at the Universiteit Leiden on June 6th, 2003.

This event will be open to the public. Interested students and scholars should contact the Europaeum Office for more information.
