Spring school on Religion, Conflict, Secularism and Tolerance (April 20-22th)

Martin LutherMartin LutherSeveral new big name speakers have been confirmed for our well known History Spring School - which this year picks up from the 500th anniversary of Martin Luther's seismic intervention in Wittneberg which broke Europe in two culturally, economically, socially, and politically. Professor Peter Pulzer, the former Gladstone Professor of Politics, expert on Austrian politics in the 1930s, will discuss The Jewish Question in European History while Dr Lucy Wooding, a leading Oxford historian of the Reformation, will discuss how the Reformation impacted early Modern Europe, Applications are still invited.
